Deadly Conduct x 2 — Not Guilty x 2

Our client was arrested by the Dallas Police Department and charged with two counts of deadly conduct after an alleged road-rage incident. In Dallas, Texas. After setting the case for trial and picking a jury, the State’s witness chose not to continue with cross examination and the Judge declared that witness unavailable. Due to that unavailability and lack of testimony from the witness, our Attorneys moved for a directed verdict and the Judge granted that motion. The client was found not guilty of both charges.

DWI with Open Container — Not Guilty

Our client was arrested by Keller Police Department for changing lanes and charged with the offense of Driving While Intoxicated-Open Container. After selecting a jury, we raised a motion to suppress the evidence in the case due to the fact that our client did not change lanes illegally and in fact, stayed within his lane. Both sides made arguments before the Court and the Judge ultimately found that there was not reasonable suspicion to pull the client over.
