DWI w/ BAC O/.21 – Found Not Guilty by Jury

Client was accused of being asleep in the car, driving erratically, and blocking the roadway. Fort Worth Police Department sent two cars to detain our client.She was listed as having blood shot eyes, had swayed balance and slurred speech. Road side field sobriety tests were conducted and our client was arrested for driving while intoxicated. She later consented to a blood test, which was alleged to show a score of .217. After a three-day trial the jury found our client Not Guilty
