Arizona May Be Stepping Up Prohibition On Texting-While-Driving

A new bill was introduced to outlaw texting while driving for those drivers age 16 or 17.

HB2359 – TEENAGE DRIVERS; COMMUNICATION DEVICES PROHIBITED
Prohibits drivers under the age of 18 from driving a motor vehicle while using a wireless communication device, except during an emergency if stopping the vehicle is impossible or will create additional danger.
