Ready to Get Started?

You’ve worked hard to provide for yourself and your family. You and your family deserve the level of service, guidance, and protection that you will get through our proven Discovery Process

Our unique Discovery Process was created after serving thousands of people who were all a bit hesitant to call a law firm for help. We acknowledge the mix of emotions and considerations that might be running through your mind. You’re not alone in this journey, and it’s ok to feel uncertain or overwhelmed. If you’re not ready to schedule a Discovery Meeting, call and speak with our Concierge Team.

Speak with a Client Concierge

Your first call will be answered by a Concierge Team member who can help answer any questions about our process. During this initial call, your Client Concierge will help you answer questions like:

  • What types of cases do we handle?
  • Do you have to be a resident of Arizona to work with us?
  • Do we have the capacity to take on your project now? If not, can you give me a referral?
  • Are there any potential conflicts of interest with other clients of Keystone?

You may call and speak to our Concierge Team at any time; there is no cost. Once you’re ready to get more specific answers, the Team will let you know what information is needed in preparation for your Discovery Meeting.

Your next step will be a Discovery meeting. Schedule that now. We reserve up to one hour on our calendar to focus entirely on you and your family during this time.

How hard is it to prepare for a Discovery Meeting? The way we do it, it’s quite simple.

  • Review our FAQs and a quick video to answer the most common questions we encounter from new clients.
  • Complete a one page Discovery Form with information about yourself, your family, and your finances. Don’t worry, it shouldn’t take more than 5-10 minutes to complete and we don’t ask for any sensitive information like dates of birth or account numbers. Please call us if you need assistance completing your Discovery Form or if you have any questions.
When you call to speak with our Concierge Team, if we have the capacity to take on this type of matter, you will be offered to schedule a Discovery Meeting.

If your loved one’s health is declining or you recently lost a loved one, we understand that things can fell very overwhelming. You’re likely being asked to make quick decisions and you might feel like you don’t have all the tools, information or knowledge to act as quickly as everyone expects. Take heart! This is how most people felt before they first came to us.

Do we help with small estates? If the total combined value of the assets of the estate are under $40,000, it probably will not make sense to spend much on legal fees. Our office typically does not help on cases of that size.

What our clients found after their Discovery Meeting is a sense of DIRECTION and the certainty that this is doable if you learn what steps to take, in what order, so that you aren’t trying to do everything at once. You will also learn to tell the other family members who are usually demanding answers faster than you can juggle.

How hard is it to prepare for a Discovery Meeting? It’s quite simple, just like one of our estate planning process.

  • We will send you our FAQs and a quick video which should all answer some of the most common questions we encounter from new clients.
  • We’ll also ask you to Complete a one-page Discovery Form. It shouldn’t take more than 5-10 minutes to complete because it is usually used to check for conflicts. Please call us if you need assistance completing your Discovery Form or if you have any questions.

The purpose of the Discovery Meeting is to:

  • Help you clarify what the end goals are.
  • Help us understand the family dynamics that might be involved.
  • Help you understand the potential consequences that might be involved.
  • Help you learn about the options to reach your goals.
  • Discuss any services that might be relevant and what it takes to start working with us.

During you Discovery Meeting, you will meet with your Client Services Coordinator. Our Client Services Coordinators are trained and experienced and trained in guiding families through these tough conversations. Why don’t meet with an attorney first? As Francisco explains in this video, it’s better for you this way. Everything discussed during your Discovery Meeting is strictly confidential and will not be shared outside our office without your permission.

If you and the Clients Services Coordinator find that there is a good fit between you and our firm, we’ll explore the options to meet you goals. We have several different options to accomodate your need with transparent fees so there are no surprises. Learn more about your fees.

At the conclusion of your Discovery Meeting, you’ll make the required initial payment, we’ll schedule your next appointment and get you started with your Personal Information Booklet. Depending on what services you choose, we will also give you relevant brochures, reading materials, and training guides to help make everything as easy as possible.

The Discovery Meeting is not a legal consultation for legal advice – it is to help you make sure you need the help of a law firm and that we both feel it’s a good fit. You do not need to already know all the decisions you might make (i.e., who to name as your POA). There will be plenty of time to answer your legal questions with your attorney at your Design Meeting and we’ll guide you through the process of selecting the appropriate “helpers” and how to best protect your beneficiaries. First, you only need to find out if you want OUR help to think those issues through.

After Discovery Meetings, clients routinely say, “Wow, if I had known how easy this would be, I would have done it years ago!”
