The closest large park is Mountain View Park along West Earhart Way. Walk along South 79th to West Geronimo to reach it. Residents could also follow West Milky Way to South Hearthstone Way to reach Price Park.
This neighborhood butts up against Santan Freeway. West Chandler Boulevard is the northern edge of this RV and trailer park. You would take West Chandler to South McClintock Drive to access Highway 202. South 79th Street runs north to south inside of the Arizona Country subdivision.
What are the benefits of living here? You’re almost within walking distance of the Chandler Fashion Center. You can walk or ride a bike to the massive Desert Breeze Park. You’re also less than a five-minute trip to the Intel factory in Chandler. Brightmont Academy sits on the west side of the Intel Campus, next to the sports fields Intel built. Brightmont Academy is a private school for special needs students. Another point in favor of this area is the sheer number of high-quality daycares mostly here to cater to high-tech business employees.
The average walk score here is 33. You probably can’t walk to work. Public transit is mediocre. The public transit score was roughly 40. The area has a better than average bike score of 64, largely due to the Intel campus and its bike lanes. You can drive to the large West Chandler retail complex at the intersection of West Chandler Boulevard and South Kyrene Road.
There really isn’t anything south of Highway 202 except agricultural land due to the Gila River Indian Reservation. However, if you go two miles west on Highway 202, you’ll reach the Gila River Hotel and Casino run by the tribe.
